Αντίο στον Άρη και στον κόσμο του θέλησε να πει με ανάρτηση του στο Facebook ο Βέλεθ, ο οποίος και μετακόμισε στον Παναθηναϊκό. Ο Ισπανος έκανε μάλιστα ειδική αναφορά και στον κόσμο του Άρη και ειδικά στον Super 3

Today its the day for said goodbye to aris thessaloniki.

 After two years the time has come to say goodbye to one of the clubs where me and my family have been the happiest.  Honestly, I only have words of thanks to all those people who have accompanied us on this journey.

 First of all I want to thank the club for their trust in me for giving me the privilege of wearing one of the most historic shirts in the Super League.  For me, it has been a pride to represent and lead this team.  Secondly, to my colleagues, who have made me feel at home during these two years and discover the true meaning of the word TEAM.

 And finally, special mention for the hobby.  I want to thank you for teaching me that football can be lived with such passion and allow me to do it together with you.  Thanks also to Super 3 for understanding and respecting my decision, I will always be one of you.  Today I stop being a player at Aris Thessaloniki, but a bond begins that will never end.  From today and forever, I will be part of all those people who love Aris Thessaloniki.
